Viewing a Tenant Customer

The Tenant Customer detail page is split into four cards. The Basic Information card is always visible. The Personal Information, Address, and Shipping Address cards are only shown to users with the tenant_customer:read:pii permission.

Toolbar

Action	Description
View Tenant	Navigate to the brand record this customer belongs to. Requires tenant:read.
Payments	View all Payment Intent Tickets for this customer. Requires payment_intent_ticket:list.

Basic Information

Field	Description
ID	The internal Payment Nexus identifier for this customer record. Copyable.
Tenant	The brand this customer belongs to. Links to the brand record.
Tenant Customer ID	The customer's identifier in the brand's own system. Copyable.
Created At	When this customer record was first created in Payment Nexus.
Updated At	When this customer record was last modified.

Personal Information

Requires tenant_customer:read:pii

This section is only visible to users with the PII permission.

Field	Description
Name	The customer's full name.
Email	The customer's email address. Copyable when present.
Phone	The customer's phone number. Copyable when present.

Address

Requires tenant_customer:read:pii

This section is only visible to users with the PII permission.

The billing address on file for this customer.

Field	Description
Address Line 1	First line of the billing address.
Address Line 2	Second line of the billing address.
City	City.
State	State or region.
Country	Country code.
Postal Code	Postcode or ZIP.

Shipping Address

Requires tenant_customer:read:pii

This section is only visible to users with the PII permission.

The shipping address on file for this customer. Fields mirror the Address section above.
